A Community Growth Partner becomes familiar with selected Partner businesses — what they do, who they serve, why their work matters, what they offer, and how they should be represented.
They move through relevant professional, social, networking, and community environments as informed representatives. They build relationships, participate in conversations, speak about Partner businesses, explain services or resources, and recognize when a meaningful connection or opportunity fits.
Depending on the room, they may also give a brief introduction or presentation, answer appropriate questions, share selected Partner resources, or help a business become part of a conversation it would otherwise have missed.
The work is not about repeating a rehearsed pitch to everyone who walks into the room.
It is about understanding a Partner well enough to know when to speak, what is relevant, who may benefit from the connection, and when the best move is simply to listen and keep building the relationship.
