We practice Protected Representation so the relationship between your business and your Community Growth Partner remains clear, intentional, and focused.
Within an individual Community Growth Partner’s active portfolio, that CGP does not intentionally represent a direct competitor in the same defined industry or service category.
Before a new partnership is accepted, we consider the business’s services, market, service area, existing Partner relationships, and any meaningful areas of competitive overlap.
If a potential conflict exists within one CGP’s portfolio, the business may be considered for representation by another Community Growth Partner when appropriate and available.
Protected Representation is designed to preserve clarity at the individual CGP level. It is not a promise of company-wide, city-wide, or Metro-wide industry exclusivity.
More detail is available in the Protected Representation questions in our FAQ.
